Steeda = Phenominal Customer Service!!!

I just want to make a point to mention that the guys at Steeda go above and beyond with their customer service. I ordred a set of Steeda Spyder wheels for my 06 GT and the experience from my order to the day they arrived at my door couldn't have been any better. Special mention for Frank Stoddard who took my order and took the time to help me out with every detail. Knowledgable, freindly, and courteous! My wheels showed up very quickly having them come from Florida to the Philly area.
There's so many places I could go to order parts for my Mustang but not only can I get a quality part, but I know I can also get great quality service.
Today I get home and there's a hand written card to me thanking me for my order and offering any assistance in the future! Wow! Having ordered parts for my Mustangs for over 15 years I've never gotten a hand written thank you like that from a company. :nice:

....uuuuhhh don't change your mind. I guess it shouldn't take you 30 days to decide whether you want something. Plus the time you spent thinking about it before you bought it. You gotta look at it from their point of view too. I thought long and hard before I spent $$$ on the wheels.

BTW....try dealing with Cruizin Concepts. I have another story for ya....
 
Yeah, glad you had a good experience w/ them. I was one that didn't. Dealing w/ multiple lies over a stupid $10 spacer set. Basically any fairly large company is going to give decent customer service w/ a large order, hoping you'll spend more w/ them. They definitelyprovided the worst service of any company I've ordered from for any parts for my vehicles. Therefore, no Steeda parts on my car.

You gotta take the good with the bad. Not every company is perfect and people that normally give great customer service have their bad days. Any company can give great service when you're placing an order, but the real test is when you have an issue. When a company treats you great when you have a problem or are returning something, then that's phenomenal customer service.

To the Steeda Hater: so you refuse to put the best parts on your car because of a $10 part :nonono:
All you gotta do is call Todd, and he'll help you..They will work with you on pricing...especially if it's their own part. I understand it's not the money, but trust me, anyone can have one bad experience. Give 'em a shot. Todd doesnt care if you spend $10 or $10k..he's really a good guy!
