Yeah, tires too. And I don't want to run 03 Cobras. They belong on an 03 Cobra, and nothing else. All they'd do for my car is make it look 100% more Fobra. I'm looking at Konig Beyonds.

It's designed this way for a purpose. This is a functional wing, not just an aesthetic piece. It provides increased downforce at higher speeds, unlike many of the 'pop' spoilers like stock, s281, and cobra.

I traded my S281 for a Steeda over the summer and it was a huge upgrade in my opinion...it goes nice with my vert light bar and other mods.

I like it alot and it does look way better in person.

It really is an "in person" piece. The pictures always make it look off. I even thought so, but a few angles sold me on it, and I love it!

Dude, those spoilers are aesthetic. They are too low to provide any downforce. They are in the low pressure area created by the roofline and the rear of the car.

I wasnt making an arguement for downforce with a stock spoiler. Your APC spoiler looks awesome though

Well, thanks for the compliment. Tell ya what, when my unique, performance minded car is done, and I rocket by your slow and unoriginal ass with my STEEDA wing, you can take a good hard look for the APC logos, ok? And when my car gets recognition, you'll realize that being another token run-of-the-mill stang owner isn't all that great. If there's one thing i can't stand, it's followers and fad-lovers.

Haha, I never rest. I just love how a guy with black rims, IMO one of the ricey-est things you can do to a stang, is calling me out over a performance spoiler. He must think those 00 Cobra Rs are downright uncle ben's. Actually, here's a few for ya....what rice

You think black rims on a mustang are ricey????????? Thats kind of ignorant in my opinion. I have black bullitts on my black 03 GT and I constantly get compliments on how nice they look and how they go so well with the car. I just don't understand that comment. A huge wing, for sure; altezzas. definetely; the black widow body kit, hell yes. Black rims????????

I agree 100%, granted some black rims can be ricy but not the bullitts. How much did your rims cost? I'm getting black bullitts in the spring? Now back to the wing thing. Looking back at the history of the mustang which one had a big wing? The only one was the Cobra R and if I had that car the wing would be off before you could say mustang.

although i'm not a huge fan of steeda's customer service, I LOVE this wing, and will agree that pictures dont do justice.

Actually, the black wing on a silver stang looks pretty cool. Sort of Mach-ish looking.

Yeah, I do think it's kinda ricey, but that's my opinion. I just don't go around shoving it down people's throat. I'm a fan of silver or metallic rims, not black. I feel black rims steal detail from a car. There's nothing ignorant about an opinion. Ignorant would be saying "xyz rims look like crap" if I have never seen 'em. Since black rims are one of the 'in' things to do, I've seen my fare share, and I'm not really diggin' it, but to each their own.

The difference between the Nascar/Cobra R/etc cars and your car is quite a bit. Those cars are BUILT for aerodynamics and have the power to make the spoiler functional. A bolt on GT isn't going to see drastic improvements with a bolt on spoiler

How many times, since the spoiler has been put on, have you went out and drove 130mph to feel how functional the piece is? It's basically for looks and that's about it on a daily driven car.

whats all the argueing about?!!!! everyone has thier own opinion on different things....spoilers, wheels. everyone dont have to like it. if you like it thats all that matters. no matter what mod you do, there will be people that love it and others that hate it. that will never change and you can argue about it forever but that is not changing you like what you like and others have their own tastes too.

i love the way my car looks. many others do too. there are some who thing its a bit too much. i like many different looks though. i dont have to like just one way. i could re-do my car 4 more times with different body mods and different color schemes, and i would like it each time.

in fact i think i am going to re do the appearance mods not cause i dont like them, but because its a pain in the ass to get on the lifts.

To call black rims ricey is well.....alittle much, to say you like something more preferrablly is a better thing to say. Black wheels have been on MANY cars from way back when to the modern day.

The Steeda spoiler looks good to me.....why people have to bash someone about it I don't know. Especially something from Steeda. No one has to like it, but grow up people.
