Steeda Tri-Ax twice as loud after new clutch

Well, I installed a FRP King CObra Clutch (valeo) and now after I put everything back together my tri-ax hums like hell. I have both boots and also used thread lock on all of the bolts on the shifter. Any ideas why it is louder?

Steeda's website says that it will be louder, and it also suggests reusing the factory boot to help with the sound, but I think you said you are already using it?

I had my clutch and triax put in at the same time but mine isn't really that loud. I can def. hear more tranny noise

From what I remember steeda's website said that you would hear more tranny noise, like Decoy said. But I can't remember why. I keep thinking it was b/c you remove some type of noise dampener...I don't know I'm a retard so don't listen to me.

I reused my factory boot and it helped with the noise a lot. It did get a little louder, but nothing that would be "annoying"

My Triax is noisy also. Try riding around with the windows up and no radio.
