Thanks for all your advice on exhaust systems - I've got it narrowed down to 3 systems. Which would you suggest as the best overall system based on quality, power and sound?

Steeda GT Stainless?
SLP Loudmouth Catback?
Magnaflow w/4" Mufflers?

prolly SLP
4 inch magnaflow seems big
steeda = borla with extra price tag

Actually, I think the Pipes are 2 1/2"
Mufflers 4" (overall muffler diameter)
Tips 3 1/2"

...and the cheapest I've seen on the Steeda seems to be about $550.00
about $420.00 on the Magnaflow
and $350.00 (? I can't find the bookmarked site, or I'd know exactly) on the SLP

Go Magnaflow. Go to: www.completeexhaust.com get the phone number off there and call them. My cat-back cost $299. Let them know you are a member of stangnet and that's the price you get. One the site they list $420-438, but that's due to advertising restrictions from Magnaflow. Get them today!!

Magnaflow is about the same as the Steeda, but the Magnaflow is alot cheaper in price. SLP has more of the glasspack sound. i think you should chose between the Magnaflow and SLP based on which you think sounds better. performance with all three is very similar.

LMperformance.com has good deals on SLP, Just installed the LTs, X-pipe and catback on friends 01 GT and it is crazy, quality is amazing too. sound is stock car like and great engine response gains, car jumps rpms like crazy now.... Go SLP

Didn't think I would at 1st, but I went with the SLP instead of the Steeda...
and I saved enough money to buy a 70mm T/Body from Ford.

And thanks BlackLX92 for the tip on LMperformance.com
