Steering column wiring question

I purchased a Flaming River tilt column to go with my R&P setup. The column uses a GM wiring harness and comes with an adapter. The column wiring has 8 wires (Horn, LF turn sig, RF Turn sig, Hazard, Turn sig power, LR Turn sig, RR turn sig, and Brake light). My dash connector has 9 wire receptacles & I'm having trouble understanding which one goes where even with my wiring diagram.

Specifically, I'm having trouble with the horn wiring. My dash connector has what appear to be two wires for the horn, one (blue with yellow stripe) going to the horn, the other (yellow) appears to go to the lighting switch from the dash, but to the horn switch in the column?

Am I reading the diagram wrong???

That sounds right. Ford uses a two wire horn circuit, one is ground. GM grounds through the steering column. I'm not positive, but I just replaced the steering wheel and all of the steering column wiring myself. I'll double check tomorrow and get back to you.
