My steering wheeel has devolped a big flop , this has been hurting my steering.
Decided to investigate it, steering wheel would push to right or left about 3 inches it seemed like. Took off collars and plastic stuff around steering collum.
Had to remove turn signal switch to see what was under it found two like 13mm bolts and a collar like thing that appeared to be needed to hold the steering collum tight. Tightened it up and dang steers so sweet now almost like a whole new car . Should I have locktighted the bolts? Hmm, will they work their ways out again now? Anyone know ?
TIA
Hink

I threadlocked mine, as they do walk loose from the column/wheel being pulled upon.

Good luck.

For something like that, you'd want a mild one (the mildest one I have is blue, and I think that's what I used). Check the packaging to see if there's one that's more appropriate.
