G'day gents!
Recently replaced a quiet original (leaking) steering pump with a "remanufactured" unit and it is making a lot more noise than the old one ever did. System is full of fresh type-F and is bled, with all 3 lines new as well.
I remember somewhere reading how people were able to safely add something to the fluid to quiet the noise down.
Can anybody here shed some light on this, even from experience?
