Ok....here's the problem. Drove my car after doing the Granada swap and it seems that it turns really sharp to the left but not sharp enough to the right. The guy working on the car said that the tie rod on the right was adjusted as far as it could go. I am pretty sure we have the right tie rod ends...I am not sure what to check.

The outer tie rod mounting hole on the steering arm of a Granada spindle is about 1/2" inboard as compared to the original spindle on 65-66. 67-73 are the same as Granada. In any case, because of this the adjustment for toe out may run out as the outer and inner tie rods touch in the adjusting sleeve. The only fix is to grind or cut off 3/16" from the end of each tie rod (inners and outers). I would recommend doing this whenever using Granada spindles on 65-66 Mustang or Falcon.

That's exactly what the guy working on the car suggested. Although he only suggested doing the one tie rod on the right because the left side had enough room for adjustment. Any idea what the exact lengths for both inner and outer tie rods should be ? If I know that, I can verify this is all right before it's put back on.

I had to trim the tie rod adjusting sleeves AND cut one of the steering stops that mount on the srtut rods down. The sleeves didnt have any effect on the turning radius, they just prevented enough adjustement to get the proper toe-in. If youve got correct toe in adjusted, then its the stop that needs trimming.
