steering shaft

Does anyone know what the diameter of the steering shaft is on the 67-68 mustangs? Or are they possibly the same size from 64.5-73? Thanks!

Are you taling about the outside diameter of the housing (column) or the shaft inside the tube? I have a 67 AND a 68 column in my garage right now. I am pretty sure the tube itself is the same (will have to put a tape to it to be 100%) but the upper flange and the internals are DEFINITELY different between the two.
