Steering vibration at speed

Once reaching road speeds I get a fair amount of vibration from the front end, I just replaced my rack assy and my outer tie-rod ends as well as my rotors, bearings, etc. While I was down there I checked out the rag joint and it looks fairly new, so my question is what else might be the culprit here?

A) Did you get the vehicle aligned?

B) A speed vibration is usually tire or balance related.

My vote is for an unbalanced tire. Poor alignment will cause the car to pull to one side or the other, not vibrations.
