Steering wheel emblem?

My 86 wheel the emblem is there but the blue overlay is missing. Is the one on my 89 pad the same? Any insight. I want it to be nicey nice. Pic of the wheel is in my progress thread

Look and see how close it is in size. It comes out of the 89 pretty easily I think. Just be gentle.
