Fox Steering Wheel Question

I have an 87 foxbody with this style steering wheel, is it svo or special order from the dealer; trying to repair a stuck horn and may need to replace the contacts inside the foam.

any input or advice is appreciated!

84-86 LX non-cruise steering wheel.

it’s similar to the SVO and GT wheel but slightly different finish. The horn pad is interchangeable and that style came on several other fords as well

That's one of the sought after factory wheels. The smiley face wheel.
