Ok, here it is. Got some wicked steering wheel vibe above 45 or so. Here is a list of what Ive done and when.
Jan 2006-5 lug conversion (new rotors, calaipers, pads, wheel bearings, tires, wheels)
April 2006-new springs, shocks, struts. Car drove even better than before.
The car drove very smooth until last week. Got on the freeway last saturday and got some scary vibe once I hit 65, it didnt really go away until I was off the freeway and below 40 mph.
Today-replaced ball joints and repacked wheel bearings real good just in case. I checked the outer tie rods, they seemes pretty tight. Took the car for a test run and to return the ball joint press to parrts store, drove great all the way there, got on the freeway to get it up to speed, went 90 or so, felt great. Just about the time I hit the off ramp, she starts shaking again
Continues to shake the whole way home if I go over 40 mph. Ive checked the wheels to make sure the weights are all still there, they are. Ive put maybe 1000 miles on it since April. Any ideas???????
