Yes.
the reason being the splined hub is the same on the SN95 and different on S197
However, the SN95 airbag wheel is best at home on the 90-93 column. if you put an airbag wheel on an 87-89 non-airbag column, the wheel will be in your chest and much too close. I ran a Sn95 wheel on my '88....was uncomfortable and stuck out too far. Felt like driving with the wheel in my chest
