Hey all, I just got my new Mustang v6 about a month ago and I'm now getting around to getting upgrading the stereo. I have the base system, with the 4 6x8's. I find quality to not be too too bad, but it lacks any real depth, power, or richness in the sound. As an fyi, I mostly play from my iPod through the stock aux connector.
I am at the very very least replacing the speakers, amp, and wiring. I don't know about a sub in the trunk or not, we'll see. I'm not replacing the head unit because I want to keep the stock look.
Can I get some info on what you've all got in you cars? Setup, cost, satisfaction, any insight you can give, etc. Thanks guys.
