If this were my car I would look for kinked, blocked or rotten brake lines.

How did you "bypass ABS"?

When the brakes were bleed how was the fluid flow? Especially compared to the other side?

Did you replace all of the break lines or just the flexible hoses?

Soooooooo is it safe to assume it's "possible" the one of the hard lines could be kinked? Have you put eyeballs on the entire length of hard line?

You are aware that one symptom of a kinked brake line is dragging brakes.

I suspect that "bypass ABS" means "pulled the fuse". This still leaves the possibility there's an internal fault.
