Sticking T/B

My t/b is sticking really bad. I took it off and cleaned it and also the IAC. Put it back on and its still sticking. The probelm is the gas pedal wont go down so i have to slam on it then of course the car goes sideways. Any other idea's on how to get it to stop sticking?

you may have to screw the idle screw in just slightly until it doesn't stick anymore. I had the same problem.

Are you positive its the tb and not the pedal itself?? Its possible the pedal is messing with ya

Yeah Im sure its the T/B cause when i push on the lever below the t/b its just has hard as the pedal is. Its a stock t/b. I tried screwing it in a little but then my idle will go up i cant get it to go down past 1000 with out the pedal sticking. Any ideas?
