I cant figure my gt out. Its an 00 and it has this bad misfire. It wont do it when its cold for the first say 15 minutes but then it startes to pop and sputter when i get on it. Sometimes if i take off from a light i can hear it go pop pop pop too. I have had NO codes tho. Anything besides coils it could be? Its got new motorcraft plugs filters i cleaned the MAF. Not sure what else to do the cop boots looks fine, no cracks or rust anywhere. Not sure where else to go from here. NEw tps and iac as well.

are all your coils seated down properly?? are all your plugs gapped where they need to be?? it's gotta be one of the coils, take the part that plugs into the coil pack and pull it off and if the tone of the car doesn't change there is your problem...when you pull it, the tone of the car should change

If you are getting a misfire you should be getting a code. Do you "feel" any hesitation or just hear the popping?

pull the clips that attach to the coils and you should hear a change in tone when you pull the clips...if the tone doesn't change you may have a problem with that coil
