My 95 gt is still missing after changing plugs, wires, cap, distributor and spraying that electric sealant stuff on the wires and distributor. It seems to only do it after it rains which has been doing alot of that lately. What else could b the problem?

Was the distributor new or a rebuilt one? Rebuilds usually re-use the PIP (stator) in the distributor, which may test out fine in the shop but not work well in an engine. Did the miss change at all after the new distributor?

You also have the coil, which feeds electrical power to the distributor. If it is rain-related, I wonder if the MAF is dirty or failing. Might be worth cleaning the filament on the MAF sensor.

One thing I'm going to recommend after COUNTLESS BS I've had dealing with reman'ed dizzies, always ask for a BRAND NEW unit made by Richporter. They take a few days to order in because the stores don't stock them. I was told they only make a few bucks on the brand new units, so they try and push the reman'd since they make a killing on them!

I was fed up with reman'd units, 3 in a row before I got one that worked...I was so pissed off I ended up with a free reman'd (on my car now and works finally) and a brand new in the box Richporter. :)

Have you sprayed the plug wires with aerated water (to check for leaks in a wet condition, like when it rains)?
