Hmm.....well, honestly I dunno what to recommend next then. You have all the stuff that comes to mind immediately (a lot of the stuff that's on my list). Maybe just start saving for a supercharger.

What shifter are you running?

How about put it towards a custom tune/chip, your mph seems a little low for that combo..

steda tri-ax. I have some sensor issues right now that I'm working on thasing it to run rich, very rich, 8mpg rich. So I think thats the problem with the mph and times. Once thats solved I will be iching to so some type of mod. I dont want a chip because around december I'll be graduating from LSU and I plan on getting a custome cam.

May be some work on the heads/intake? How much is that usually.

Well it seems like a pretty nice setup, if you're planning on doing it anyway I'd go ahead and get a custom cam, and then get it tuned. Port work at this point may not give you the results you're after, there's more to be had in those heads as they are with a better cam.
