Still Trying to Figure out Engine Noise

Ok, so I finally got my car reassembled again and driveable, the engine still runs extremely rough at idle but smooths out once you start driving it around, is it possible I messed up the timing? Could that cause the engine to idle like that? Also the ticking noise, it never goes away regardless of engine speed, temperature etc. As the rpms go up its speed increases also. It almost seems like it is missing watching the videos but it seems to make decent power. It is a 2001 PI engine with forged internals that I installed myself, (livernois motorsports balanced it), longtube headers, and offroad x-pipe. You can kind of see it in video # 2 but at idle the engine rocks back and forth enough to shake the entire car back and forth. Please help any ideas to try and diagnose the noise and the idle would be greatly appreciated.

yeah we tried and i didnt hear nor feel any resistance, is it possible that PTV contact could cause the rough idle? I installed 18cc dish pistons in stock PI Heads with stock PI cams so PTV contact would be unlikely I would think.
