wow that fast heh.... i was thinking more along the lines of LOW 15's to high 14's..... thanks for the replys guys.

A GSR was rated at 160hp, the type R version which cost more than a new GT 4.6 was rated at 190hp, put that to the wheels and maby 120-140WHP, and tq is barly much over 100lbs, and low end torque is almost non-exsistant. The mods they do, unless it has nitrous or a blower hardly do much. Nice cars, but not drag strip dominators.
Mid 14's considering everything is top-notch, but most people come back thier first time from the track in the 15's. My first time at the drag strip when my car was stock I ran 10.3 in the low 70mph range in the 1/8th, which is about mid-low 15's in the 1/4. Those GSR's usually come in at the high 10's modded but stock in the mid-high 11's.

my 1983 gt ran 15.79 best with 2.45s 60', it also has a crappy carb,

My friend has a 01 GSR he came to the track with me one time he was turning 15.4's to 15.6's. He seemed pretty satisfied with this time.
When I was stock the best run out of my 88 Lx was 14.36 @99 mph on crappy winter tires. Don't worry you'll be faster.
