Stock axals

the likelihood of the stock axles breaking doesn't really have to do with the amount of hp the car is pushing. it all depends on how much traction you have, and how hard you launch on them. your car could have stock hp with gears and slicks and you'll snap axles. or you could have 500hp with stock tires, and be fine

I have a stock set up..rear/axles (391.3rw) and have been OK so far with Nitto DR's. Wait until something breaks before upgrading. I don't think I'll break anything with Nitto's...especially any speed records.
i've seen more axles broken with low profile nittos than slicks....

slicks break diffs

dr's snap axles

I hear ya. I'm just being a little sarcastic...I cannot hook with the DR's & 3:73s.

if you get some good track prep, heat them up, 18psi or so and do a quick dump/ride the clutch from 4500rpms it will happen... :D

heel toe the burnout...its really easy. you. or you can do the dump and stab the brakes method. prctice on the street. if you heel toe, make sure you dump the clutch out high and dont hold it down at all or you will fry it like you are riding it

He's saying that you should quickly release the clutch pedal and keep your foot out of it. Otherwise, you'll burn up the clutch because you're slipping it while burning out.
