I saved these from a post I saw on corral. The guy checked his cam from an 87GT. Keep in mind that factory cams have a pretty wide tolerance so they can vary somewhat from this.
.278"/.277" lobe lift
.006" durations & timing events
266/264
IVO 16 BTDC IVC 70 ABDC
EVO 67 BBDC EVC 17 ATDC
ICL 117 ECL 115 (116 LA with 1 degree retard ground in)
0.050" durations & timing events
211/210
IVO -9 BTDC IVC 40 ABDC
EVO 41 BBDC EVC -11 ABDC
The '87-'88 cams are 266/266 @ .006. The '89-up cams were 276/266 @ .006. Ford never rated them @ .050. The 204+ @ .050 is just what other people have measured.
I don't know the specs...i only know FOrd changed the camshaft. Once was in '89 to quiet the driveline and again around '91 or so. The differences are probably too small to be important.
