Stock fuel rails?

Can anyone tell me how much horsepower can a stock 98 cobra fuel rails and lines support? I tried a few combos, but my car keeps leaning out above 5500 rpms.
(at present I have a lighting fuel pump, stock lines and rails, adjustable regulator, 42lbs injectors and a kenny bell boost a pump.) 450rwh at 6500rpm.

I can say I am running stock 99 cobra fuel rails with 560ishRWPH. But I am running 2003 tank & dual pumps and a KB Boost-A-Pump (BAP). Last add was the BAP because I was running out of fuel at 5300 (540 ish RWHP). Oh I have 55 Lbrs for injections. Heck see my sig for stuff.
