i was talking to my local mechanic and we were discussing gear ratios. he drove my car after he replaced a pinion bearing. i told him i assume the stock ratio is 3.27. he said he thought it had at least a 3.55 or 3.73. who is right? thank you.
There is a little piece of tin that is attached to the rear end. It will read 8.8 and another number, like 3e73, or 3d27... this is your factory gear ratio...
