If these are stock unported heads I would take a peek at the FAQ section, and see where the heads stop flowing. If you're looking for coil bind I'm not sure so good luck.

Keep the total lift under .550 or so and you should be safe. I'm going .533 on mine

I decided to go with a Comp Cam over th E-303. Although the spcs are very close, the Comp will have a different lobe shape that will probably work better in my case. You will be more limited by binding valve springs that anything else.

From reading ALOT on the subject....

GT40 heads like

.490-.500 lift with a diff. of about 8-12 in lift in favor of exh. v. intake, with a cam that gives favor to the exh. side of things in dur. and lift. They also like a split in the dur. of about 3-6 in favor of the exh. Along with a good vavle job and matched springs thats about it on them stock.

not like about what? sorry I dont see what your ref. too?

IF you mean to ask about a larger cam...you will start leaning/going in the over cammed area. so you would get poor perf.

On stock heads, don't even bother with more than .500 lift since they don't flow more past that.
