stock heads with s/c?!

Well I just bought a s/c and the guy that had it said it made 14 psi… but he had holley heads and intake… I know it had 295 s/c pulley, but I have no clue what kind of crank pulley is… btw the s/c it’s a S-Trim V-1… with the s/c he sold me a Programable Management System by Anderson Ford Motorsport… I talked to somebody and he told me that the PMS it’s only for “hard core applications” and it’s not necessary for my application. I would like to get in the 11’s and I think I can with what I got so far… my only down side is that I couldn’t afford to buy heads so right now I’m still using the stock heads(I changed the springs and the valve seals and I cleaned the ports with a dremer tool)… is it worthed to use/keep the PMS or should I sell it? If I’ll sell the PMS I’ll probably be able to buy new heads: 185 AFR’s or Edelbrock Performer. From what I’ve read it’s ok to run 12 psi on the stock block, how much psi I would run with what I have so far with the stock heads, would that be safe? i still have the stock ignition, what kind of coil maybe a distributor should i get? somebody said a coil will be plenty...

This is what I have so far:

Stock block .30 bored, stock crank and rods, E303 cam
DSS low comp pistons, Main support, windage tray, 7qt oil pan
Griffin radiator 31*19, ARP SS 12 pt all around, Edelbrock PRM II intake manifold, 75mm TB, 80 MM mass air, 42lb injectors, high volume oil pump, 255 lph fuel pump, fuel press reg… what else?!
