I'm wondering if a front air splitter would help with the air build up?

Front air spliter or vents in the cowl area. This car pulls a lot of air up under the front and into the engine bay resulting in a lot of pressure on the hood from below. The air hits the front, the upper flow moves over the top but above the hood, and a portion of the bottom flow gets pulled up into the engine bay. Resulting in a high pressure under the hood than on top of the hood. I think if this air can be vented things would be good.

Go look at Steeda's website they have a cowl hood that addresses that very issue stated here. Looks cool too..

The 3d carbon hood looks nice I agree with greenman, its almost identical to the shelby gt500 hood in fact and would probably help disperse the wind, on another note when yall are talking about a rear vent do you mean something like MRT's rear diffuser which is kinda like the diffuser on the GT40?

That's funny I was just going to post a new thread asking if anyone had the new 3d Carbon hood perferbly on a silver GT. I'm thinking of getting one for myself but I don't think they're even out yet.
