Im getting these Nokya Arctic White H13 bulbs for my 06 GT, but should I get the high wattage stage 2, or the stock wattage ones? They are the ones at the bottom, here is the link: http://www.automotivelightingusa.co...2ba6d337c12f063

Bulbs

I'd stay with stock wattage. I tried a couple of bulbs (LUKS & Luminics) and didn' like either. I am currently running Sylvania XtraVision bulbs-better than the OE bulbs. I really want Sylvania Silverstars but at this time they are not offered in H13. I have read more than one horror story about running high wattage bulbs in the new 'Stangs. Just my $.02.

High Wattage

Various posts. Burned & pitted reflectors, fogged lens', burned wiring. I had a '97 GT in which I ran 80/100 watt bulbs- after a year or so I noticed the reflectors were becomming pitted. As quirky as the new Spanish Oak computers are, I don't think the risk is worth it. Just my $.02 worth.

I bought my H13's from the same place. I went with the stock wattage and they look great. Gives you a blue/white light vs the OEM yellow light.
Also replaced the fogs...be carefull as my Owner's Manual has the wrong bulb size - my car had H10's (not H11's).

I bought the stage 2 and they are much brighter, but they will go out in cold weather.
