Stock rearend

Will the stock rear end in an 04 automatic survive with nitto 555r's and 4.10s if I launch off idle and race with it?

I don't see why not. From what I have seen the solid axel holds up pretty well. And the 4.10's should be fine.

dont count on launching too high...my stock rearend let go on my 15th pass on drag radials! WITH STOCK GEARS!!!

I've got 100+ passes on 315/35/17 Nitto drag radials...launching at 4000. You should be fine...my rear end is all stock.

All depends on how you drive the car. I had that same setup on my 99 and it held up for a year and a half, but two months ago the diff finally came apart. I drive my car hard, so I just rebuilt it.

it is really a ticking time bomb....it could last 2 passes or it could last 1000 passes
