Are you 100% positive? I am trying to order some AFR heads, but I have a lot of different people giving me a lot of different answers.

The stock ones are pedestal on a Cobra. If there's mods done already, then the only way to know is have a look.

If you are 100% positive that you have a genuine Cobra 5.0, than I am 100% positive that the factory Cobra 5.0 motors from 1993-1995 had Pedestal mount, 1.7 ratio roller rocker arms. They were made by Crane for Ford and had both Crane Cams and Ford stamped on the rockers.
Crane still makes these rocker arms, part # 44746-16.
If you have the stock rockers, and want to reuse them, get pedestal mount heads.
Sounds good...I will let you guys know how it went after it goes on the dyno when the parts are installed.

A L L OEM Iron Ford heads are peds unless somebody modified them
This holds true no matter the ratio

OEM Ford 289 heads were available as press-in stud or screw-in stud mount.
OEM Ford early 302 heads were press-in stud.
Some OEM Ford Big Block motors were shaft mount.
Just a few examples of OEM ford heads that weren't pedestal mount.
