Stock rod nuts?

Okay my buddy gave me his short block but a few of the nuts that hold the connecting rod cap on are missing.Can i just buy them from ford or summit whats the cheapest way to fix this?If i can get away with it can i just pull the nuts off a differet set?

Buy a whole set of ARP rod bolts. That's the weak point of the stock bottom end anyhow.
