now i hear the only reason i shouldnt put the tri ax shift handle on my stock shifter base is because there are no "stop screws" and I could mess up my syncros. Is there a way to make your own stop screws??
You can mess up the syncros with the stock handle so that is not a reason not to install another handle. It all comes down to how you "DRIVE" the car what happens to the syncros.
yea but i want to DRIVE the car. so i would mess up the syncros...thats why with an aftermarket shifter u can rip on it and not mess **** up...just wondering if theres a way to do this with the stock shifter.
I do not know what the blocker rings in the Tremec are made our of. But in the 4 speeds that used brass blocker rings it some times only took a couple of missed shifts and they needed replacement.
