stock spring lift rating

Anyone know what our stock spring lift height rating is? I keep getting different numbers. some say .470, .480, .490 and even .500. I am clueless. I am on a waiting list for the frpp hot rod cams and they are listed as NSR cam but the lift is .472" so i want to make sure my stock springs will be ok.

Not sure what stock is, but Brenspeed's NSR cams are .450

Have you got any indication as to when they will start shipping them?

I'm interested in seeing what they do with a port job.

Everybody frowns on head/cam jobs but I'm wanting more bang than bolt ons alone and you could buy a small island for the price of FI.
