Without a firewall adjuster, you will need an adjustable cable. With a setup using only an adjustable cable, you will have to put the car up on jackstands and crawl under it to adjust the cable. The only adjustable cable I would recommend is the Ford Racing adjustable cable. Don't try to cheap out on this, because if you do sooner or later, you'll have to replace the cable again.
