For a normal driver, only spinning tires every so often... How many miles should a person expect on the stock Goodyear tires? I'm sitting at 16,500 and might need them next 6-8 months...
It's not a Mustang, but my wifes Monte Carlo SS rolled over 80,000 and it still has the tires it left the showroom with. Not a big Goodyear fan but these have lasted a good while.
I have about 16,718 on my stock tires right now. Fronts have about 75% left and rears have about 50%. I should be able to get atleast 35,000 miles out of them.
at about 20,000 miles I changed the stock tires, they were shot. Replaced w/ Dayton, replaced them in 20,000 miles, have BF-Goodrich KDWS, seem to be working good.
I got just ovet 40k on the stock tires. Their replacements have only lasted 19-20k and they need to be replaced. Before I get new tires though I am going to get new wheels.
