Strange Rattling/Noise from X pipe

I recently had the Magnaflow catted x pipe installed. I also have the magnapack catback system. Now I have noticed as I accelerate, I get all sorts of bad vibrations and rattling noises coming from under my car. Anyone have any quick ideas where to look to try and fix this? Or is this just a byproduct of louder exhaust?

The byproduct of a louder exhaust is a louder exhaust not what you are describing.

It definitely seems like something is off. You have any mechanic friends who may be able to take a look under there and make sure everything is fitted correctly (bolts, gaskets, etc...)?

Do a search on here too. Plenty of info on X-pipe installs and "noise" issues.

yeah it shouldnt be rattling, i just also installed an xpipe and was having the same problem, got under to realize the bolts on the left side one of them was crossthreaded so it didnt tighten down all the way onto the manifold and it also caused the other one to come lose. If all you did was change the xpipe, and you're now hearing a noise chances are thats your problem.
