just bringing this thread back up, since il be purchasing a converter from Andre, shortly.
he recomend a 3000-3200 stall speed for mine. I start to make full boost around 3200-3400rpm. with 500+lbs of torque down to 3400rpm, off the line, that should make for fun!
Wonder what kind of improvment i would see.
I was cutting 1.9-2.0 60's with the stock stall, on slicks, footbraking to 1500rpm, and flashing the convertor.
