stripped bolt on bell housing

says there is a stripped bolt on the bell housing. how much is this to fix and is it something extremely important?

Also what should i be on the look out for? has 101k miles.

Now is it a 5 spd?? Guessing stripped bolt is one of the 4 for the tranny.. Could be bad depending on which one it is.. the top two are a pita some times...I would definently fix it though. alot of power is twisting all that stuff and every bolt should be in place.. As for the car. Check for signs of a previous wreck,,Rust at bottom of doors and rear wheels wells too.. does it run.. Make sure he will fire it up and let it idle.... Then test drive it if you can... Does it sit level or is one side high or lower than other????
