So I got the 302 motor out yesterday. Took the FMX out with it. I'll take the motor down to AIM in Reno for a rebuild and I'd liKE to reassemble the internals myself.
I'd like a 331 or 347 I think. SOmething fairly cheap, I'm on a budget and don't intend to put any boost or exceed 400hp or so.
There are a few kits out there - any recomendations? I've never had a block rebuilt, anything special I should look for from the machine shop?
