Im going to buy a 347 stroker kit for my 302. How much HP gain should I expect just from the extra cubic inches?

In a well built motor; good heads, intake, exhaust, ect. about 1 hp per cubic inch.

If your talking stock parts on a 347...If I remember right 5.0 Mustang mag did a story of budget rebuilds about 5-6 years ago and one of them was a 347 using stock heads, intake, etc . I was pretty impressed because it picked up like 40 hp.

If your talking aftermarket parts anywhere from 320 to about 370 depending on set-up.
