strut brace

Just a thought I have had a strut tower brace for about 5 years yet I have never put it on my car. When I got it I drove the car all the time now I just drive it to the track and back. Question is will it help any thing at all for drag racing. Should I put it on or just sell it.

I would think it would help out durring launch at the track

STB works only for forward direction load bracing, I.E. hard braking forc, i doubt if you'd notice anything drag racing however

It also helps with body twist (very little I would imagine) but I would hope/assume you aren't drag racing without SFCs so it won't really make a difference

Well I guess the tower brace cant hurt anything so I went and put it on. I have a Gbrace as well might put that on this weekend funny having parts laying around for years and never useing them. I got the stuff from steeda I needed the caster camber plates so i got the kit with the tower and G brace with the CC plates. Hell I dont even know what the Gbrace does.
