Strut Tower Brace Clearance?

I recently bought a MM STB for my 02 GT and im having clearance issues with my JLT RAI... Does anyone have this set up? Or does anybody know if it will fit on the car with the JLT or will i have to remove it in order for the STB to fit?

If it doesnt fit, you'll have to take one or the other. How bad are the clearance issues? If its not much, you might be able to get away with putting a washer or two under the strut tower brace to raise it slightly if you have enough threads to play with.

it sits about 1/2 an inch higher than it should on the passenger side strut tower...
