Strut Tower repair

Does anyone have any pictures of rust repairs that have been done to your strut towers? I have a 1991 GT and the drivers side strut tower is rusted with holes at the bottom around where you bolt the master cylinder to the strut tower. I am planning on taking it to a body shop to be patched. Is this a big job that I should be worried about? Any help insight or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

My last fox hatch I cut out the frame rails from firewall to rad support.I did it one side at a time supporting the car.The rails are straight and I used 2x3 .125 wall to replace them.If you can fabricate it can be done,the first side took awhile but the second side was almost cake.I had the motor/trans out,thats the only way.I installed a QA1 K-member,bolted it to the 2 body bolts,squared it and drilled the holes at the frame rails.Search my posts and you'll find pics.I haven't seen anyone else do it,but is much stronger then stock and hard to tell visually if done santitary.

Thanks for the pics. I don't think my frame rails are rotted, just the strut tower but it is pretty bad. The passenger's side tower has started to rust but it doesn't have any holes all the way the through. The driver's side is another story. It is reassuring to know that it can be fixed. I am taking it to a body shop on Tuesday. The body shop told me it took 20 hours to replace the whole fender apron so I think it should not take near as long to patch the strut tower. Thanks again for the information.
