stuck idle

after i have been driving my car for about 5-10 minutes and it gets warmed up, the idle like to stick and idle high, all i have to do is turn the car off and restart, is there an easy fix, a bad sensor or something, i have tried cleaning tb, iac, egr, salt and peper shakers,

i have the same problem in my 89 gt. I have done all the same things you have. I'm getting ready to take it to a shop.

My old 87 GT did the same thing, turned out to be the tps sensor.
