stupid door panels

alright about a year ago i rewired my speakers to my car & i had to take off the door panels to get to the speakers. well when i was putting the panels back on i got the passenger side one on just fine, but when i was putting on my drivers side one i got it on, but one of the plastic hinges on the cover which holds the power locks & mirrors broke off & it would always kind of stick up a little. well today i was getting in & out of my car & the cover popped off & i tried to get it back on & it wouldnt work at all. does anybody have any websites where i could purchase the cover that holds the power locks & mirrors or should i just go to a junk yard? and also ive been having a really hard time just getting the whole damn door panel back on b/c the top hinges closest to the inside of the car seem impossible to get back on...any ideas?!

It took me several tries to get them back on just right... Keep practicing...

check to see of the tab is broken, usually it get bent upwards and makes the cover stand up

what i do is set in the bottom tabs in, push the panel up against the door then lift up slightly till the other tabs fall into the holes

hmm...ill try it, i can get every tab in except the top right one on the drivers side...it almost seems impossible b/c the mach 460 tweeter is in the way for the panel to come up any higher...ill have to try again tomorrow.

& i might have to go to the junk yard for the piece that the door locks & power mirror mounts onto because both the top plastic hinge & the lock piece on the bottom came off...i am trying to super glue then gorrilla glue the bottom lock piece, so hopefully thatll work...
