do you guys use these washers that come with the spark plugs. I'm changing the plugs on my fiance's probe se and I've never seen the washers come with the plugs before. I assume it just aids in the removal of the plugs next time around. Also, I don't have any anti seize at the house. Can i just use a tad bit of multi purpose valvoline grease on the threads? Thanks in advance!

Don't use the grease unless you like the idea of a small fire under your hood, just run them in dry. If the washers are used on the plugs you remove, then use'em again.
