Stupid question

do our cars have a gas light that comes on when our tank is almost empty, i know foxes do but i never really thought about it for our cars, an my gas gauge is off so i just refill it when it says a little less then 1/4 of a tank left. but i was thinking about it today an wasnt sure.

I ran out of gas in my g/f's 96 cuz I'm used to my Fox telling me when to refill. So unless hers is broken...

thats wierd, most cars have them, most normal cars anyways, an mustangs are normal, the foxes have them, why wouldnt ours?
