I don't mean to bust your chops, but you can write a good story and still keep it real. It's a good story but there are to many gramatical errors. Do you plan on going to college? If so your going to need to sharpen up those english skills, trust me your going to need them. Just a thought...

Well thats one bad thing about english class, its up the teachers OPINION as to what your grade is. Ive written some vulgar stuff on papers in college and gotten an A+. Some teachers are harder or more stuck up than others. But hey a passing grade is a passing grade, just roll off. Care to post that story? We'll grade it Stangnet style for you!

LOL post #3 said it best without causing too much a stir.

I will say you'll need to really try hard if you are planning to attend any higher levels of education. Grammer and structure aside, your story is just filled with unknown stereotype. You need to actually go into details on why thing are the way they are and what certain things in your story are.

Be greatful you got a C.

Street racing is bad, and clearly it's bad for english papers

After reading it, I agree. A couple of my old high school teachers would give an F for that style of writing.

We all got to start somewhere...

Start off with the C, and work your way up

What college did you attend? The school I went to still cared about grammer and sentance structure.

I don't recall any english class ever that allowed symbols in place of words...I think you're lucky with the C. Spell check works wonders. have somebody else read it too, like a parent or something, who may catch the grammatical errors also...

Symbols? I couldn’t figure out what those were. Yeah you got lucky with the C using symbols and the lowercase "I". I wish I would write a script using symbols and get taken seriously.

Hey where’s DarkWriter at?

WTF is up with the symbols in the story? English class isn't a forum. I don't know why she even gave you a C. Oh, wait this is continuation school where you get credit for bringing a pencil?

X2 unless the assignment requires symbols they are never appropriate.
